Heat transfer method

1> Heat pipe soldering solution demonstration:

For server CPU heat sink, thermal power 130Watt, environment temperature 35degree, customer require Tj temperature below 55 degree.

2> Water cooled solution demonstration:

For 2.5MW air-cooled inverter, thermal power 2200Watt, environment temperature35degree, customer require Tj temperature below 70 degree.

3> Sun-flower solution demonstration:

For computer CPU heat sink, thermal power 110Watt, environment temperature 35degree, customer require Tj temperature below 80 degree.
